Not at all. Many clients choose to be out while we work, and enjoy returning to a refreshed, peaceful space. Whether you’re home or away, we’ll treat your property with the same respect and care.
Yes. We arrive fully prepared with surface safe products and professional grade equipment. Everything we use is thoughtfully selected to be effective, eco-conscious, and safe for kids and pets.
You’re welcome to book a one off clean, no commitment necessary. Many of our clients begin this way, and then choose to continue with regular visits once they’ve experienced the kōva difference.
We understand life can shift. If you need to change your booking, we ask for at least 48 hours notice. Late cancellations may incur a small fee to cover the time reserved for you.
No, we don’t.
Absolutely. We’re fully covered by public liability insurance so you can feel completely at ease knowing your home is in trusted, professional hands.
If anything’s been missed, let us know within 24 hours, we’ll return and make it right.

Yes. Our products are selected to be safe for surfaces, children, and pets, while still delivering an exceptional clean. What’s good for your home should also feel good for those who live in it.
We don’t quote based on time, we quote based on outcome. Every clean is completed to the kōva standard, whether it takes three hours or five.
Absolutely. Whether you need us fortnightly or monthly, we’ll tailor a rhythm that fits your lifestyle. Many clients begin with a kōva Reset or Restore and move into an ongoing schedule.
Yes. We often return for a polish up before handover or photography. Let us know your timeline and we’ll schedule the cleans that make your project feel complete.
